France beats Denmark from the penalty spot

After a 1-1 draw the French team won the FIFPro Tournament 2009 against a strong Denmark after penalties. Nabil Berkak from France was chosen best player of the tournament.

It was Luigi Glombard who put France in front, but still in the first half the strong Danish striker Morten Beck Andersen, 21, levelled the score: 1-1.

French had more ball possesion in the second half but couldn't express this in the score.

Penalties would decide the FIFPro Tournament 2009. It was in the end the French goal keeper Maxime Agueh who made the decise save when he stopped the penalty kick from his colleague goal keeper Nicky Bügel Jensen. 

Slovenia ended 3rd after a 2-0 victory against Switzerland..

Holland beat Portugal with penalties after a 1-1 draw and ended 5th.

During a dinner at the beach for all the teams the French defensive midfielder Nabal Berkak was chosen best player of the tournament.
